Merryland S.A. with its sister company Greek Traditional Homes S.A. are also currently developing the CAVO FREGADA project (www.cavofregadasyros.com) which is the largest touristic investment and development project routed in Syros. This is a touristic accommodation project, located on the property of Merryland SA which has undertaken to construct it on a plot of 416.000 square meters in the area of Harasona in Syros. This new luxury investment with a total capacity of 540 beds includes the creation of 4 five star hotels and 91 luxury residences.

The investment plan also includes the creation of a spa wellness center, five bar-restaurants, an amphitheater, a botanical park, a pier for private boats and sports facilities.
