Founded in 1962 by Mr. Evangelos Kteniadis, father of the company’s current president, under the former name “Ergon S.A”, it quickly became synonymous of the highest quality in Real Estate Development and provided high yield investments while stating integrity and commitment in its business field. Mr. Evangelos Kteniadis is the current president of V², successfully continuing 55 years of family tradition.

V² is constantly evolving and is investing in emerging markets, with 4 offices in China as well as strong partnerships in Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, Lebanon, and United Arab Emirates.

Since May 2013, V² is also an active promoter of the “Golden Visa Program”, a pioneering immigration-investment law which entitles permanent residency in Greece, through a purchase of real estate property of over €250,000.
