Partner Ms. Lin Yin is currently a registered labor arbitrator of Shanghai City. Partner Mr. Guo Feng used to serve as a Prosecutor and a member of local Political Consultative Conference (one branch of the governing body). The Law Firm also has a team of experts on capital market and cross-border M&A.
Rödl & Partner (China) Law Firm in Shanghai became a newest member of the Rödl & Partner global system in 2018. The Law Firm is responsible for all Chinese legal affairs regarding Rödl & Partner’s clients in China and is actively exploring transnational legal service market relating to China.
