Association of Shanghai MBA Women

Association of Shanghai MBA Women which is based on the Shanghai Female MBA group founded on March 8, 2018, is dedicated to creating an international platform for the growth of elite women in the world.

At present, Association of Shanghai MBA Women has gathered outstanding female MBA and EMBA from 17 local business schools in Shanghai (Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, ECUST, SUFE, Tongji University, CEIBS,etc). In our platform,, some ladies are executives of well-known companies; some are entrepreneurs in various fields after graduating from the business schools. As the first female MBA platform in China, we devote ourselves to building more communication communities. We also plan to create female communities in other cities.

The strategy of Shanghai Female MBA organization is “ 1 platform, 2 centers and 3 basic points”, that means we want to build an elite women’s growth platform; two internationalized and resource-oriented centers; three basic points are elite women’s entrepreneurial growth camp, women’s angel investment alliance, and different cultural exchange, respectively. We will support the career growth and long-term development of elite women in all aspects and in diversity. The Female MBA Angel Investment Alliance has already been established and will focus on all high-quality women’s entrepreneurship projects such as mothers and infants, education, health care and public welfare.
