“My DNA is built up on bricks” is how Rocío Moreno Mendoza responds when asked about the inspiration behind founding Pentagon.

Born into a Spanish family with four generations in the real estate industry, Rocío was raised amidst projects, plans, construction sites, investments, and divestments. With a degree in Economics and Business (UAM, 1989), a graduation at Sotheby’s Institute of Art (London, 1991) and the IE Real Estate Business Management Programme certification (IE, 2022), she combines education, sensitivity, and the expertise needed to lead a company like Pentagon.

After a decade of experience in the real estate sector as an independent professional, Rocío founded Pentagon Realty, a consultancy specialising in bespoke off-market luxury and ultra-luxury transactions, with the commitment to stand on values such as confidentiality, exclusivity and a highly personalised service.
