LPS Shanghai is glad to announce that an exclusive Malta pavilion will be set up by Property Malta during LPS Shanghai 2025. This pavilion will allow Shanghai-based investors to discover more about real estate opportunities and the latest property trends in Malta.
Property Malta is a public-private initiative set up with the main aim of promoting Malta’s lifestyle identity and to position the country as a leading destination of choice for everyone interested in purchasing property in the Mediterranean.
The Foundation was set up in 2017 to bring together property developers, estate agents and property owners interested in selling residential and commercial properties to foreigners.
Property Malta promotes the sale of local developments, apartments, luxury villas, authentic houses of character as well as residential and commercial properties, on an international level.
At LPS Shanghai 2025, investors will get a unique opportunity to learn more about the specificities of the Malta real estate market by visiting the Malta Pavilion on December 5-7 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center, open each day from 10am to 6pm.
