Cologne, Germany-based luxury real estate developer Pandion AG has confirmed its participation to LPS Shanghai 2024 and will be showcasing its latest residential developments and communities in front of Shanghai-based property investors during Asia-Pacific’s largest international property expo to be held on December 6-8, 2024, at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
PANDION AG, based in Cologne, has been involved in the development, realization, and sale of high-quality residential and commercial projects since 2002. As an owner-run real estate company, PANDION AG develops properties at its main location in Cologne as well as in Bonn, Düsseldorf, Mainz, Munich, Berlin, and Stuttgart.
With a total sales volume of 6.3 billion euros, of which 3.5 billion euros are in the residential sector, the company is currently planning and building around 4,500 high-quality apartments throughout Germany, as well as 14 larger commercial properties under the brand PANDION OFFICEHOME.
