Waldmann is a German lighting company founded in 1928. For nearly 100 years, we have been dedicated to providing solutions for architectural, office, retail, industrial, and medical lighting. Over the years, we have collaborated with renowned neuroscientists and design firms to create lighting fixtures that are beneficial to human development. In our headquarters in the Black Forest, Germany, we have state-of-the-art factories and R&D centers representing the cutting edge of the industry; in Switzerland, Waldmann established the Swiss Light Research Institute (LIG), and later acquired Derungs Light, a company based in Switzerland, to produce medical care lighting products; in 2006, Waldmann established a branch office in Shanghai, China, and provides high-end lighting fixtures for Chinese consumers.
