Shanghai, China — LPS Shanghai 2024, the premier luxury property exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region, concluded with resounding success from December 6 to 8, 2024, at the iconic Shanghai Exhibition Center.
In partnership with Lamborghini and Ferretti Group, the event drew over 12,200 VIPs and featured 160 exhibitors from more than 50 countries. Attendees enjoyed a dynamic program that included over 50 real estate forums and exclusive private events.
Leading global real estate developers and agencies showcased their exceptional portfolios, including industry leaders such as Sotheby’s International Realty, Emaar, RE/MAX, Damac, Ray White, Invest Qatar, Anantara, Regal London, Soneva, Beyond, Marjan, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, New York Residences, Banyan Tree, Modon, Walton, SMDC, Almacantar, Flambard Williams, and many others.

This year, Lamborghini took center stage as the Main Partner of the event, while Ferretti Group served as the Main Sponsor, and Tianhua Architecture as the Associate Sponsor. Lamborghini showcased two exceptional car models at the entrance, including the brand-new HPEV V12 Revuelto hybrid super sports car—a special edition set to return to Italy after the show.
The 23rd consecutive edition of LPS unfolded at the iconic Shanghai Exhibition Center, captivating visitors daily from 10 am to 6 pm. Organized in collaboration with over 220 esteemed partners, including Hang Seng Bank, Sinojet, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and Yingke Law Firm, the event delivered an unparalleled experience for all attendees.

The event exceeded expectations, attracting over 12,200 VIPs—far surpassing the organizer’s target of 6,500 VIP attendees for the three-day show. Numerous on-site deals were reported throughout the show, further enhancing its success.

LPS Shanghai 2024 was over 50% larger than its 2023 edition, in terms of exhibition space, number of exhibitors, and attending investors. This growth enabled the world’s most prestigious real estate developers and agencies to present their investment opportunities to China’s high-end property buyers.

Five national and regional pavilions featured at the event, representing Qatar, Georgia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al-Khaimah.

This year marked the first time that a Ras Al-Khaimah (RAK) Pavilion was held at LPS Shanghai, allowing Chinese investors to discover investment opportunities in this booming tourism-focused and lifestyle Emirate of the UAE. “We successfully agreed to hold this RAK Pavilion at LPS this year that combined many developers from RAK, with a great outcome. LPS is a great exhibition and a place where we can meet and present our real estate offers to the Chinese market” said Mr Khaled Assaf from Marjan Island, the leading master developer for freehold land in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).
A large selection of paradisiacal island destinations were showcased at the show from across five continents, such as the Maldives, Trinidad and Tobago, Cyprus, Malta, Cape Verde, Dominican Republic and the Cayman Islands, among many others.
“LPS has done a very good job. This venue is very central in Shanghai and the show brings a lot of very good quality high net worth customers, so we are very happy”, said Mr Edward Choong who was coming from the Maldives to present a luxury real estate development called Coral Residences Maldives.
This year, Europe was particularly well represented at the show, with participating exhibitors from Italy, France, UK, Spain, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Greece, Estonia and the Netherlands. “The audience here is fantastic, it’s an amazing place and even more visitors came than last year which is unbelievable”, said Mr Daniel Marin from Iberian International Brokers, who specializes in selling luxury villas in the south of Spain “I will come back to LPS next year and will make sure to come at every next edition!”
A highlight of the event was the LPS Shanghai 2024 Gala Cocktail held on December 6 at the Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai. The glamorous evening gathered over 600 VIPs and exhibitors in the chic and luxurious setting of one of Shanghai’s most iconic hotels.
The next edition of LPS, LPS Shanghai 2025, will be the 24th consecutive edition of LPS and is scheduled for December 5-7, 2025, at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
