MACLY EQUITY SDN BHD is a joint venture company between Roxy-Pacific Holdings Ltd and Macly Group, both Singaporean property developers.

As an established property & hospitality group with an Asia-Pacific focus, Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited has established itself since May 1967 into a trusted, homegrown speciality property & hospitality group.
In addition to owning the Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel, Roxy Square Shopping Centre and other investment properties, it has grown its portfolio to include both residential & commercial developments.
Between 2004 & 2013, the Group developed & launched 36 small to medium size developments comprising a total of more than 2,500 residential & commercial units.

MACLY GROUP
Since 1987, Macly Group has had a track record of developing landed properties, to apartments, condominiums, mixed developments, commercial & cluster housing projects. Between 2004 to 2011, the Group developed & launched 20 developments with a total of more than 1000 residential & commercial units in Singapore. Macly Group continues to uphold its mission in providing quality & value to purchasers today.
