Horizon Homes is a rare collection of 98 luxury dwellings located at the pinnacle of Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila, from the 41st to the 62nd floors. Horizon Homes is the residential component of Shangri-La at the Fort, a mixed-use development of Shang Global City Properties, Inc. (Shang Global). Operated and managed by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd., Shangri-La at the Fort, is the newest 5-star international hotel to open in Bonifacio Global City, the Philippines’ newest central business district.

Shang Global is a joint venture company between Shang Properties, Inc. (SPI) and Ocean Growth Ltd., a subsidiary of Shangri-La Asia. SPI holds a 60% stake in Shang Global, and is the property development arm of the Kuok Group in the Philippines with core businesses in office and retail leasing, and residential development. SPI, which was listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) in 1991, has a residential portfolio of high rise luxury condominium projects in prime locations with a combined total of almost 6,000 units.
