The Pearl-Qatar

The Pearl-Qatar is an iconic mixed-use urban development project by UDC, distributed across world-class architecturally distinct precincts inspired by major Mediterranean cities. The island sits on 4 million m2 of reclaimed land, along 32 km of new seafront off the coast of Doha’s West Bay and can accommodate 50,000 residents. The Island offers apartments, villas, townhouses, diverse leisure and entertainment facilities, award-winning marinas, beautiful serene beaches, renowned restaurants and high-end shopping outlets.

Gewan Island

Gewan Island, UDC’s latest real estate project next to The Pearl-Qatar, spans across 400,000 m2. The project, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2021, will accommodate 3,500 residents and 3,000 visitors. The Island will be home to 712 units, including 639 apartments, 20 standalone villas, 26 waterfront villas, 21 beachfront villas, and 6 island villas in addition to 11,000 sqm of retail space and a number of residential buildings.
