Shanghai, China — LPS Shanghai 2023, the largest luxury property exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region, celebrated a resounding success from December 8 to 10, 2023, at the prestigious Shanghai Exhibition Center. The event attracted an impressive turnout, with over 8,600 VIPs and 150 exhibitors from 50+ countries participating, accompanied by an extensive program featuring over 50 real estate forums and exclusive private events.
Renowned global real estate developers and agencies showcased their portfolios, including industry leaders like Sotheby’s International Realty, RE/MAX, Mar Yapi, Federal Land, Four Seasons Private Residences, Pafilia Property Developers, SC Asset, Sutton Group, Frank Salt Real Estate, ERA, Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Banyan Tree Residences, Coldwell Banker, PropNex, Corcoran Sunshine New York, and more.

In collaboration with prestigious partners such as Maserati, Ferretti Group, Bell Helicopters, and China CITIC Bank, the 22nd consecutive edition of LPS unfolded at the Shanghai Exhibition Center, captivating visitors from 10 am to 6 pm daily.

The event surpassed expectations, welcoming over 8,600 VIPs, exceeding the organizer’s target of 6,500 VIP attendees projected for the three-day fair with many on-site deals reported during the show.

LPS Shanghai 2023 marked the return of LPS Shanghai after three years of pandemic, allowing the world’s most prestigious real estate developers and agencies to finally re-unite and present their investment opportunities to Chinese high-end property buyers.

The next edition of LPS Shanghai 2024 will be the 23rd consecutive edition of LPS and will be held on December 6-8, 2024, at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
