MAYLEE&GREEN is a research oriented design innovation platform focuses on urban development and living environment. The company’s partners directly participate in the project quality control. The business scope mainly covers three fields: consulting, design, and engineering procurement construction (EPC). The existing projects includes customized villa, high-end apartment, commercial properties, locate in nearly 30 main cities in mainland China, Kanai of India, Bac Ninh Province of Vietnam, and Hong Kong.

• • Consulting: professional consulting services including design, construction, and cost estimation, etc.;
• • Design: from conceptual design, planning to integrated design of architecture and landscape;
• • Engineering procurement construction (EPC): The general contracting of the entire or several stages of the design, procurement and construction of projects, including the management of the quality, safety, cost, and progress of the contracted projects.
• • Installation ＆ Maintenance of HVAC system, water supply and drainage system, etc.
