Founded in 1999, Pacific Prime has grown to become one of the largest insurance brokers in Asia, with over 120,000 clients in over 130 countries. In China, we have two offices located in the key business hubs of Shanghai and Beijing. We have 120 staff based in China and provide compliant insurance plans to over 4,000 companies around the world.

Pacific Prime’s insurance solutions range from health plans covering individuals and families to employee benefits and corporate plans for businesses. Our aim is to simplify insurance for our clients and offer them health insurance solutions that cater to their needs, while also being cost-effective.

Pacific Prime maintains a close relationship with leading locally compliant insurers to get our clients the best health insurance options in China. We are the largest agent in China for Allianz, MSH, NOW Health, and ICBC AXA (part of Aetna).

To further enhance the quality of our customer service, we are also equipped with one of the most advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in the market. The software has been developed over the past decade to provide excellent client management capabilities to all departments working with clients.
