Yongfoo Elite, used to be the British Consulate, has a around 3000-squre meter-big garden full of beautiful rare plants. Traditional Chinese opera stage is named Six Arts and covered by a precious wood-making roof which moved completely from an old house. Beside it are the cigar bar and Mission bar. The 30’s Shanghai style terrace locates on the other side of the garden, and gives you the best view of whole garden. The famous design industry magazine Wall Paper awarded here as 2004 World Best Design Club.

Yongfoo Elite provides classic Shanghai cuisine. Executive Chef Mr. Zhou Tielong has 40 years experience in Shanghai cuisine and high end restaurant. He is really critical with material and technique. The specialty Braised Wild Yangtze River “Hui” Fish with Brown Sauce represents the typical Shanghai style. Sautéed Fresh Shrimp and Hairy Crab Roe are inspired from Suzhou cuisine.
