Beijing Allwell Law Firm was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Beijing. It is a large comprehensive partnership law firm approved by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice. Up to now, Allwell Law Firm has more than 400 staffs, including lawyers, interns, legal assistants, administrative staff, and expert consultants.

Allwell Law Firm has now formed a professional construction layout consisting of Allwell Lawyers Research Institute, Criminal Defense Research Institute, 16 legal professional committees, and 6 working committees. Its business areas cover twenty-three core areas, including criminal law, corporate bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation, intellectual property, capital markets and M&A, risk control and compliance management.

The FDI Practice Group, one of the 16 professional committees, is committed to helping foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs) capture market opportunities and partake of the fruits of China’s economic growth. In partnership with foreign law firms and consultants, it also advises Chinese companies on overseas investment. Specifically, it provides foreign-invested companies with legal services such as market entry into China, corporate compliance management, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation, and more. FDI Practice Group also support Chinese enterprises in overseas investments, resolution of international litigation, and provide legal services for high-net-worth individuals in cross-border wealth management.
