HS Consortium is creating a series of Property Development Funds that will provide investors with priority access to carefully-selected opportunities. We are structured with the unabashed purpose of delivering overweight returns to our investors. While no major property development is entirely risk-free, we are well-positioned to manage those risks.

We remain close and hands-on throughout the entire development process; supervising progress and adherence to budgets and timeframes with the knowledge and experience that comes from delivering over $3 billion of property projects. All HS Consortium Funds are structured through an independent Trustee and Custodian. This ensures that Funds operate under the appropriate license required by Australia’s Financial Services Laws and that the Unit Registry is managed professionally through an external resource.
